Service line 01

Piping & Structural Fabrication

Our shop turns your isometrics and structural drawings into spools, assemblies and steel that arrive ready to set. Every joint is welded to a qualified procedure by a welder who has tested on it, and every piece of material traces back to its MTR.

What we fabricate

  • Pipe spools and headers — carbon and stainless
  • Launcher and receiver assemblies
  • Meter runs, manifolds and valve skids
  • Pipe supports and racks
  • Platforms, stairs, ladders and handrail
  • Structural steel for compressor and pump stations

Horizontal Directional Drilling Support

The rig is only as productive as the crew around it. We handle the product pipe and the site so the driller can drill — and so the pullback happens once, on the day it was planned.

What we handle

  • Pullback string fabrication: welding and NDE
  • Pull head fabrication
  • Swab fabrication
  • Pipe stringing, handling and roller setup
  • Hydrotest of the pullback section before the pull
  • Entry and exit workspace prep, matting and containment
  • Drilling-fluid handling coordination and site cleanup
  • Tie-in of the installed segment to mainline or facility
  • General rig repair
  • 24-hour crews for the duration of the pull

Rig Welding

Mobile welders to repair equipment and more in the field. When something breaks on location, a truck with a welder on the bed and a hand who knows what they’re doing is the fastest fix there is.

What we handle

  • Equipment and heavy-iron repair: buckets, booms, frames, trailers
  • Structural repair and reinforcement
  • Pipe repair, patches and sleeves
  • On-site fabrication of brackets, guards, stands and skids
  • Hardfacing and build-up on wear parts
  • Cutting, gouging and fit-up
  • Emergency callouts, day or night

Our approach

Four steps. Every job.

The same process runs whether it’s a single spool or a full crossing. That consistency is what makes our schedules believable.

01

Scope it right

Site walk, drawings review and a scope letter that says exactly what’s in, what’s out and what we need from you.

02

Plan & fabricate

Materials procured with MTRs, weld procedures matched to the spec, and shop fabrication with QC at every station.

03

Mobilize & execute

Crews, equipment and consumables staged before day one. Daily reporting so you always know where we stand.

04

Close out clean

Hydrotest packages, weld maps and as-builts in one turnover package. Then we clean up the site.

What you get at turnover

  • Weld maps and welder continuity logs
  • MTRs and full material traceability
  • NDE reports (RT / UT / PT / MT)
  • Hydrotest charts and certifications
  • As-built redlines

Daily reporting, not monthly surprises

Every active job gets a daily report: crew count, work completed, welds made and inspected, issues, and what tomorrow looks like. You never have to call to find out where we are.

Change orders are priced before the work happens, in writing. If we find something in the field that changes scope, you get a photo, a description and a number — then you decide.

Safety & compliance

Everyone goes home.

Safety is the first line item on every estimate, not the last. It’s also the first thing customers who care about their TRIR ask about, and we welcome the question.

Daily JSAs & tailgates

Every task, every day, walked through before the first tool comes off the truck. Hazards named, controls assigned, signed by every hand.

Stop-work authority

Any person on our crew can stop the job, no questions asked and no blowback. We’d rather lose an hour than lose a hand.

Prequal & compliance

Drug-free workplace. As a new operation we’re building our safety record from day one, at zero incidents, and we’ll complete the documentation your contractor-management program requires.

Need pricing on a scope?

Drawings, a location and a target date are enough to get started. We’ll come back with questions, then a number.
