Started by hands,
not a spreadsheet.
Stampede Energy Services was built by people who spent their careers in fab shops and on the right-of-way, and who got tired of watching contractors over-promise and under-deliver.
One truck. One rule.
We started with a welding truck, a handful of good hands and a simple rule: if we say we’ll be there Tuesday, we’re there Tuesday. That rule hasn’t changed, and it won’t. As the shop grows, the crews get deeper and the projects get more complex, the way we treat a customer’s schedule stays exactly what it was when it was one truck.
Today we run piping and structural fabrication out of our Texas shop, field crews that support directional drilling, and rig welders who fix what’s broken where it sits — across the state’s major plays and beyond. Our customers are midstream operators, EPCs, crossing contractors and general contractors who need a partner that shows up equipped and finishes what they start.
We’re not the biggest outfit in Texas. We don’t want to be. We want to be the one you call first.
What that looks like in practice
- Owner-operated: the person who bid the job is the person running it
- Texas-based shop and yard; crews dispatch statewide and to surrounding states
- Welders can be qualified to your procedures before they touch the pipe
- Daily reports on every active job
- 24/7 response during critical operations
- Turnover packages your inspector will actually sign
Four things we don’t compromise.
Bring everyone home.
Safety is the first line item, not the last. Every hand has stop-work authority.
Show up.
On the day, with the gear, ready to work. Mobilization is a promise, not an estimate.
Do it right.
Qualified procedures, tested welders, documented QC. The first time.
Say it straight.
Real schedules, real numbers, no surprises. Bad news early beats bad news late.
Statewide reach. Local response.
We stage crews and equipment to reach every major Texas play, and we dispatch to the surrounding states for the right project.
